3. Louisville Mega Cavern
The Louisville Mega Cavern is a unique attraction in Louisville, Kentucky. It’s a former limestone mine that stretches under parts of the Watterson Expressway and the Louisville Zoo. Visitors can explore the history of the cavern with guided underground tours and enjoy activities such as zip lining and adventure tours 10 stories underground.
The Mega Cavern also hosts Christmas light spectaculars each year, and is home to an impressive 320,000 square foot BMX & MTB MEGA BIKE park and Quest Ropes Course. With its thrilling activities, there’s something for everyone at the Louisville Mega Cavern.
